Managing Director of Eurotek Engineering, now T/A Korutek Engineering, the low tension spiral freezing system specialists. Our custom-designed spiral systems are installed in processing plants that require rapid, large duty freezers to ensure maximum efficiency. We also provide maintenance and spare parts for tunnel and carton freezers. In my role as Managing Director, I am responsible for not only maintaining our 20-year history of technical excellence, but spearheading innovation that sets us apart on a global scale and building reliable, trustworthy relationships with both existing and new partners.

Korutek Engineering builds and maintains the world’s most reliable industrial freezers, chillers and coolers for food industry giants like Greggs, Bakkavor, Rise Baking, Orkla and Häagen-Dazs.My personal focus is on innovation. We modified an existing system to achieve a greater product height and then supplied a completely new mirrored down drum system which was linked to the old system with a transfer conveyor. For Foodtech Norway… Following a sudden production outage and with minimal available information, we were able to identify and deliver an exact OEM part within a quarter of the standard industry lead time.For Orkla Foods. We replaced and modified a full belt system to support the diversification of the company’s production line after they struggled to find a reliable supplier.For Häagen-Dazs… we used our industry-leading expertise to audit their machine infrastructure, finding innovative and reliable solutions to increase lifespans, driving efficiencies and reducing cost for our global client.
