I have been part of complex and challenging assignments including large group audits Listed entities across Consumer markers, Technology, manufacturing, media, and music production. The experience includes - IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX. I have dealt with complex accounting scenario which includes IFRS 9-commodity hedging, IFRS 3-Merger and acquisition (from buyers side as well as sellers side), Spin-off and demerger, IFRS 2-ESOP, IFRS 9-Put options, Hyperinflation, IAS 36-Impairment, IFRS 16-leases, and IFRS 15 and various operational scenario of bringing part of Group audits with more than 30-Audit components and managing large size team.The average size of Listed clients I have led is of the size of £6 billion in Revenue with 10 team members reporting to me. Further non-listed, private clients include an average size of £50-60 million in Revenue with a team size of 5 people.
