Began my journey in Motis as a sales administrator, supporting the external sales team as well as bringing on new business, supporting both internal and external partners ensuring the business needs were met, due to Covid my job was made redundant and in November 2020 I joined the credit control team, having to quickly adjust I have became. Credit controller, doing the banking using applications like Sage, assisting the credit control team with ensuring monies paid are allocated to the correct accounts and helping to ensure that accounts are fully reconciled. Another side to my role is looking after customer queries, trying to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to ensure there are no or little delays in getting customer payments.
