With a Master\'s in Business Analytics and Management from the prestigious University of East Anglia, I have honed a holistic approach to deciphering the intricate world of business analysis. My journey has equipped me with proficiency in tools such as R, SQL, Power BI, and SPSS and inculcated in me a belief that accurate business analytics surpasses raw numbers. It dives deep into understanding customer behaviours, market inclinations, and the alignment of strategic goals. My academic accomplishments are complemented by diverse professional experiences – from streamlining operations at Hexaware Technologies in India to enhancing customer satisfaction at Pizza Express in Norwich. These roles have enriched my perspective, teaching me the value of customer-centricity and efficient operations. But what truly drives me is the magic that unfolds when data meets intuition.
