Based in London, I support recruitment across EMEA.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute strategies aligned with market trends, using data-driven insights and industry best practices.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE & I): Ensure diverse talent pipelines and influence hiring manager behaviour\'s for a fair assessment process. Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier talent using job boards, social media, and professional networks. Ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.Candidate Evaluation: Conduct assessment centres and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, skills, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with stakeholder’s requirements.Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders and management to demonstrate performance and support data-driven decision-makingRelationship management of key stakeholders within each business unit ensuring that escalated issues are dealt with.
