CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT- Developed Daily Reports and Assisted in coordinating subcontractor activities, facilitating efficient communication and workflow across trades for a Challenging Federal and state-funded Project area of sq. ft- Excelled in document management, developing warranty logs, organizing certified payrolls, and overseeing punch-list items in Procore for a challenging Federal and State funded Sq. Ft Project. FIELD INSPECTION- Worked closely with a Special Inspector to conduct concrete testing and steel erection inspection, ensuring compliance with project specifications- Assisted in visual assessments of formwork rebar placements for a Foundation to identify potential issues and ensure construction safety and quality for an 11-story Building.
