Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Inclusion Diversity & Equity @Dow
Serve as the ID & E/ ERG SME within the Talent Acquisition team. Design and implement ID & & E strategy for the TA team and identify key focus areas and quick wins. Lead the Talent Connection Committee to design and implement TA ID & E initiatives in collaboration with Dow ERGs to support the Inclusive Hiring Standards. Collaborate with Dow\'s Talent Marketing and Talent Sourcing teams on internal and external talent acquisition initiatives, projects, and programs. Partner with NA ID & E SMEs/ Coordinators to align efforts and initiatives. Support VetNet ERG to improve veteran hire rate, facilitate connection between VetNet Steering Team and NA TA team & HRIT, and prepare and analyze reports and metrics. Lead the PwD Hiring Taskforce to support hiring PwD, focusing on disability inclusion, accessibility, external outreach, training, and internal/external campaigns. Support the partnership with the OneTen Organization to develop and recruit black talents, serving as the Talent Acquisition focal point.
