   Continuation of my prior role at @Kichler Lighting throughout it\'s ownership by MASCO corporation; now acquired by Kingswood Capital Management (September 2024) and now undergoing a merger with Progress Lighting - hence the rebrand to Coleto Brands.In this role my umbrella of responsibilities now extends to supervision and guidance of both Salesforce initiative for the Progress and Kichler brand lines; so supporting a go-live for Progress, and a continuation and expansion of Kichler\'s use of SFDC technologies and business process applications.This umbrella incorporates road map planning, daily support, integration oversight, adjacent application interest (Hubspot, ERP etc), supporting best practices in alignment with Salesforce.com guidance, release notes and known issues. I also manage the application support, which includes peers and direct report(s) with the goal of providing them leadership and guidance that is application specific and for professional development where appropriate.
