Acted as a primary liaison between internal teams, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.• Manage the full lifecycle of movement operations by coordinating, scheduling, and booking complex international and domestic travel for program participants, while distributing timely and accurate notifications (ABNs), updates, and cancellations to all internal and external stakeholders. • Act as the lead on-site coordinator at U.S. Ports of Entry (POEs), proactively resolving logistical issues and facilitating smooth passage for program participants by liaising directly with high-level stakeholders, including U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), airline staff, and other airport authorities. • • Perform data analysis and financial tracking for the program by compiling descriptive statistics from specialized databases (iGATOR, MiMOSA) to capture costs, prepare official travel loan documents, and generate comprehensive reports for program accountability. • Mitigate risk and ensure program compliance by conducting meticulous identity and document verification, processing official travel and exit permission paperwork, and maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of all case files in accordance with IOM data protection standards.• Assisted leadership in collecting, synthesizing, and distributing status updates and developing high-quality, error-free presentations and reports.• Contributed to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident tracking and operational workflows, improving consistency and efficiency.• •Managed multiple simultaneous projects, overseeing scheduling, documentation, and compliance tracking for U.S operations.
