Rahat is a change management consultant within the organization & transformation space. Rahat has 9+ years of specialized experience (UK, USA and India marketplace) with Change Management & Analytics, OCM, Communications and Strategy & Infrastructure. He has executed change management activities for large-scale SAP projects encompassing S/4HANA, Workday and Cloud Implementation (AWS). Rahat’s expertise lies in the domain of change Management - CIA, CRA, Competency Mapping and Change Communications plan & strategy. Rahat is proficient in leading clients through their change transformation journey. While Rahat’s on-the-job experience has allowed him a well-rounded skill set, including analytical, communication, people management skills, he excels at: • Capturing change requirements and needs analysis (ChangeScout) • Providing 360-degree consultancy to client amidst their change journey • Onboarding, managing and driving client through the change transformation process (Communications) • Delivering high quality and timely solutions with visible and measurable KPIs Additionally, Rahat has exposure to a wide range of technology & ERP systems, both cloud and local, along with apropos industry exposure, ranging from Retail, C & IP, TMT, LSHC, Public Sector to E&R in his career - making him very adaptive.
