My role blends deep technical execution with product leadership to bring scalable, user-focused solutions to market. Key Responsibilities: • Own full-cycle product delivery — from architecture and system design to agile execution and release management • Lead cross-functional teams through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery using Agile practices • Design and review scalable architecture and relational DB models across all products • Drive clean code practices, perform code reviews, and lead optimization of performance-critical areas • Implement Python-based microservices and maintain deep expertise in Ruby on Rails for core application layers • Align product roadmaps with business goals through hands-on collaboration with stakeholders Products: • AstuteDoc – HIPAA-compliant healthcare platform for chronic care management (CCM) and remote patient monitoring (RPM), built on Rails with integrated FastAPI services • PivotXL – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A) platform with Excel sync capabilities.
