Develops Purchase Strategy on the Basis of project Requirement, Technical Specs & Project urgencies, Negotiates prices and Commercials, on L1 & T1 Basis, Review & Processes of Purchase Order. Maintain record in MSR (Material Status report) of Purchase order placed, Payment List & MIS for Management review. Active Participation with Technical team for Clearance of technical Offer, Co-ordination with Project team for Overall Execution of Order, Budget, Site Commissioning. Co-ordination With Stores for the Receiving of material & Follow-up With Accounts for Timely Payment of Invoices (Credit, LC, Advance) Develop Potential Vendors on the Basis of Vendor Evaluation, Vendor visit for material follow up, dealing with more than 80+ vendors, Total purchase amount 25 Cr+(FY 23-24) Working On projects- NTPC (Faridabad, vindhyacha, Ramgundam), BHEL, NRL (Numaligarh refinery Ltd), JESA Morocco, IOCL panipat, Hyundai Vietnam, Tecnicas Reunidas, Asia Pacific cooperation.
