Ragini is a communications strategist who empowers Fortune 500 companies to thrive amidst change and foster business growth using innovative people & communications tactics. She brings 8 years of experience and expertise in internal communications, executive communications, change management, and employee engagement & productivity. In recent years, she has been focused on addressing 3 crucial organizational challenges-1. High attrition rate2. Low productivity/morale and engagement in employees3.
