Technical interface to all Engineering functional stake holders and collaborate with them to identify, root-cause and propose solutions for meeting product requirements. • Identify key design requirements and Product features with different inhouse controllers, NAND flash architecture and defects handling. • Create specification for improving System behavior and optimize system characteristics such as Power, Thermals, Performance for USB products. • Analyze and contribute to Firmware design using C programming language based on system requirements. Participate in code reviews and do reverse engineering with existing code. • Pre-Si and Post Si Validation activities for new ASIC controllers to validate product requirements and ensure defect free chips for USB devices. • Experience debugging system level issues using Protocol and Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscope, JTAG debugger, NAND sequence analyzer. • Work with Technical Program Manager in generating schedules for product delivery by coordinating the delivery of new product features with functional team delivery schedules to meet overall program schedule.
