Lead and Manage the onsite/offshore development team to deliver the strategic projects. As Technology Leader of the team, takes proactive role in coming up with the initiatives and solutions best suited for the team Delivered the various other projects for process improvement and regulatory reporting with high quality software including defect free and easily supportable and maintainableIn charge of ongoing development of ServiceNow Integration & Cloud delivery governance, process, operating models, and integration with existing delivery frameworks. Responsible for running a Bi-Modal operating model for both internal and external customers of BT. Running a multi delivery cloud platform service covering AWS/ Azure and UK Cloud.Providing the thought leadership for an Agile and Flexible cloud operating model which includes DevOps. Provide automated DevOps delivery model covering end to end pipeline Orchestration, Workflow management and Continuous integration. Responsible for the DevOps Tooling, Technology refresh and Transformation across multiple cloud platform of delivery.Working with our C-level stakeholders and Sr executive team to set, lead and influence the technical vision for use of cloud approaches and services at BT whilst building and scaling an engineering-led and outcome focussed UK-wide Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) and engineering team. My team and I drive our engineering-led backlog to create and scale cloud solutions and associated governance structures across the public cloud as part of a collaborative and cross-functional team in a multi-national group environment.
