I work at the intersection of ventures and institutions, helping translate innovation into real, outcome-driven opportunities.Innovation, to me, has never been just about ideas or technology. It is about how people, systems, and institutions come together to create value in ways that actually work in practice.Over the past two decades, I have worked across entrepreneurship, corporate innovation, and ecosystem development, supporting 600+ founders, collaborating with 80+ corporates, and working alongside governments and development institutions to design and deliver innovation-led initiatives.Today, my work focuses on two areas:On one side, I work with startups on market access, helping founders get into the right conversations, sharpen their positioning, and navigate how to engage with enterprises and institutional buyers.On the other, I work with organizations to design and structure programs, partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives that enable them to engage meaningfully with innovation and emerging ventures.What I have consistently observed is that most initiatives don’t fail due to lack of intent, but due to fragmented execution, misaligned stakeholders, and weak program design. My work focuses on bringing structure, coherence, and clarity to these efforts.A theme that runs through much of my work is what I call the Founder’s Mindset: the ability to combine curiosity, ownership, resilience, and systems thinking while navigating uncertainty.
