Assist and perform complex engineering calculations, design, P & ID, and design analysis for structural integrity in FEA and flow simulations in CFD & CAE.4. Well-versed with 1d calculations with Excel, MATLAB, EES, etc.5. Develop proto builds, test plans, work with the laboratory on assembly, installation, and testing, data reductions, performance calculations, and logical presentation of information in report format.6. Develop DFSS: DFMEA, 8-D, DOE, DFM & A, reports, etc.7. Generate creative and innovative solutions to complex problems and test results.8. Coordinate and provide technical support and assistance to other departments such as Assembly, Machining Operations, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Marketing, Quality Assurance, etc.9.
