Transactions that I have advised on include:(a) financing of infrastructure assets (road portfolio, airports, and data centers) at project level and as mezzanine financing;(b) financing of acquisitions;(c) special situations involving operating companies in and outside India (with Indian parent);(d) margin finance transactions;(e) fund financing transactions (at a NAV level and on basis of single-asset financing);(f) international debt offerings (including transactions involving orphan entities) that are designed to achieve structured outcomes; and (g) securitization transactions. I am well-versed in the opportunities and challenges of using different entities (bank, NBFC, and FPIs) to achieve structured outcomes.
