My emphasis has always been on bridging the gaps between the business and technology team through close interaction with CIO’s, sponsors, and the architecture board. Gained rich exposure in overseeing the identification & resolution of security events to detect cyber-attack & threats through forensic analysis, investigations, and prioritization of events. My highlights include performing the very detailed work at the forefront of information protection efforts for the organization along with standing between the organization and threats and breaches, like unauthorized access to data and information or intrusion into organization’s systems.As an IT Leader, I have handled high-performance teams along with directing end-to-end IT systems & deliverables. My aim has always been to recognize required security solutions while ensuring that the solutions implemented are being used most effectively to protect organizations’ sensitive information. Over the years, I have handled and directed a team of Pre-sales Consultants, Enterprise Architects/ DevOps Deployments/ Cloud Partners across the technology along with driving large deal pursuits and cloud business & DevOps.In my present association at Trigent Software Services, Bangalore & US, as Director Infrastructure Services, my primary role includes developing competency across the department and among team members in order to handle the appraisal process across the business verticals.
