   Duties, Roles and responsibilities: Ownership of all data center changes/events/incidents/problems from beginning to end as well as overseeing the completion of post-mortems, root cause analysis and follow-up resolution actions. Responsible for ensuring the preventive maintenance/repairs of site-critical facility infrastructure or a data center are planned and executed to the best interest of the business. Operate and manage both routine and emergency service on a variety of critical systems such as: medium/Low voltage switchgear (MV, Transformers, ACB, COP, USB), Diesel generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment (RMU, PDU, ATS), chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers (CRAC, PAHU, AHU), fire detection / suppression (Pre-Action, VESDA); building monitoring systems. Responsible for the Asset and Inventory Management, OPEX and CAPEX budget preparation. Develop and maintain method statements, standard operating procedures (SOP), emergency response procedures (EOP), preventive maintenance programs and all technical documentation. Having Knowledge in OSHA, NFPA72 and certified First Aid, Firefighting person.
