At Euploid Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd, I manage the complete spectrum of HR and administrative operations across our Bengaluru corporate office and our WHO-GMP-certified manufacturing plant in Mysuru.I started my role at the Bengaluru head office, where I oversaw HR functions for both the marketing team and plant operations to ensure smooth coordination between corporate and factory teams. Later, I transitioned to the Mysuru manufacturing plant to directly handle plant-level HR operations, compliance, and workforce management.Key Responsibilities & Contributions:* Established and implemented HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks in line with the Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Contract Labour Act, and other statutory requirements.* Ensured 100% audit readiness by strengthening HR documentation and supporting GMP and statutory audits.* Streamlined payroll, attendance, and time office management, improving accuracy and operational efficiency.* Managed manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training to meet corporate and plant staffing needs.* Designed and rolled out KRA/KPI frameworks to drive accountability and improve performance management across departments.* Drove change management initiatives, successfully transitioning HR operations from corporate to plant level.* Oversaw facility management, security, housekeeping, and vendor compliance, creating a safe and well-managed work environment.* Collaborated with leadership to ensure HR strategies support business goals while maintaining compliance and a positive workplace culture.In this role, I focus on building a structured, compliant, and people-focused HR environment that strengthens organisational governance while fostering employee engagement and operational excellence.
