My present role involves collaborating with national and state-level partners along with DAY-NRLM and BRAC. My key roles and responsibilities include: Develop of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Coaching & Capacity Building (CCB): Organizing consultative workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders and drafting an SOP for CCB for an Inclusive Livelihood Program; gather insights on the SOP\'s key components and engage stakeholders including national & state partners along with DAY-NRLM and BRAC for feedback; assist in developing national frameworks for CCB in consultation with the BRAC team and project partners. Development of Learning Materials: Provide technical knowledge on coaching for developing comprehensive training modules, ensuring diverse perspectives are considered, and defined in the SoP and framework; with expertise in Coaching, focus and guide discussions to identify key learning objectives, methodologies, and content; develop modules on CCB incorporating interactive methods and practical exercises; develop curriculum and classroom training aids, emphasizing skill-building and best practices on coaching Certification of Coaches: Assist in mapping coaching components, for certification in consultation with DAY- NRLM and BRAC, assist in identifying an Institution / Partner to provide certification to the coaches, design & develop the curriculum for certification of coaches in consultation with the Institution/Partner. Capacity building of the partner organizations and project staff: Conduct national-level orientation write-shops and engage with State PMUs and SRLMs for participatory learning from different states, aimed at drafting, modifying, and customizing the training resource materials according to state-specific requirements; conduct training/workshop to develop the capacity of State Resource Persons (PMUs, SRLMs) on coaching and its components; facilitate the State teams to develop the coaches as mentors to the households
