Monitoring the RR are valid and closed on timebasis the requirement• Monitoring of time sheet entry for the resources and ensuring all are compliant• Comparison of RAC report to ensure GM is intact as per agreed with Finance• Tracking of Total head count across 3 regions for Non billable, contractor resources and working withrespective Delivery manager to ensure the profitable is maintained• Working with finance to ensure GM working is tracked project wise and all related direct and indirectcosts are captured correctly
