Working as Team lead in CAE dept.Involved in Durability analysis of various automotive components and assemblies like Front and Rear Fascia strength analysis for various loadcases, Exterior Strangth analysis on trim and structural parts and different type of loadcases, It also includes console and IP rigidity analysis. Also Involved in Full Vehicle FE Model build for Various Crash, NVH, Design specifications for various OEM customers.Knowledge of LS-Dyna, Nastran. Also carried some of the Frontal and side crash analysisSeat Static:Projects involved in setup of back form and head form (analyticalsurfaces) onto the seat assembly and do changes as per the requiredStandards and Deck setup for analysis. Project was carried inaccordance with FMVSS 202a. Static force control analysis was carried out to view the permanent sets occurrence instructural parts and match with the test data.Snap & Dog House:Project involved analyzing Snap for different trim parts. It involvedin extracting force required for insertion and retention.Enfored displacement was carried out for the same. Design enablers were carried out to meet the acceptancecriteria and same were reportedConsole Durability:Objective was to assess the performance of the floor console for thedifferent load cases. Connection,contact modeling, analysis setup and post processing the fasciaperformance for different load cases. Some of the important analysis carried out were Lateral Loading test, Verticalloading test, Armrest open position rear ward loading test, Latch paddleover travel etc.Fascia Durability:Objective was to assess the performance of the fascia for the differentload cases. This involved full front and rear fascia modeling, Some of the important analysis carried out were Firm feelanalysis, Step loading analysis,Sag analysis, Thermal and sun load growth analysis.There are more analysis carried out on almost all components / assemblies of automotive which are not listed over here and can be explanined.
