As a CIAM analyst for a Belgian telecom provider, my role included: • Designing ForgeRock AM Trees for integrating the Belgian government’s identity system (itsme) for registration and authentication of Proximus cus- tomers • Integrating with several partners such as Norton, ensuring a seam- less SSO experience while switching between Norton and Proximus apps • Handling M&A scenarios that involved integrating acquired organization’s branding, data and CIAM system into Proximus CIAM system. • Analyzing and designing a solution for profile switching feature for the TV app of Proximus. • Analysed the consolidation of Proximus identity systems (employee, partner, customer) into a single platform to reduce redundancies. • Designing schema of JSON and GraphQL APIs using Eclipse for the SOA within Other clients/projects include: • Product consulting for an MFA provider where more than 70 features were analyzed and compared against competing products in the market • PingAccess farm deployment and setup • Mentoring and training employees
