Deep experience in AI/ML engineering and applied data science, I build enterprise-scale AI systems across Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and LLM observability.My work focuses on designing and deploying intelligent systems that solve high-impact business problems in telecom and enterprise environments, with strong emphasis on scalability, practical adoption, and measurable business outcomes.I have worked across the full lifecycle of AI product development — from problem definition, data preparation, and model development to backend engineering, deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization. Over the course of my career, I have contributed to solutions spanning machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLM-powered applications, and cloud-based AI systems, helping teams reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate decision-making.A major part of my recent work has centered on LLM-powered enterprise architectures. I have designed and built knowledge-driven AI systems using RAG pipelines, semantic retrieval, vector search, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration to enable intelligent, context-aware assistance for real-world business use cases. At Tech Mahindra, while working for British Telecom, I contributed to the development of an internal Network Operations Copilot that automated error understanding and remediation article generation for Nokia chip-related systems. This involved building document-grounded AI workflows using LangFlow, LlamaCloud, AWS Bedrock, FastAPI, structured parsing, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines to generate reliable, knowledge-backed outputs for operational support.Technically, I bring hands-on experience across Python, FastAPI, SQL, machine learning, deep learning, API development, creating agents, and LLM application frameworks.I also enjoy thinking at the system design level.
