I primarily support Sorenson\'s transactional efforts, leveraging my skills in legal writing, negotiation, intellectual property, and privacy. Previously, I was Associate General Counsel at Amelia, a leading conversational AI provider, where I supported Amelia\'s transactional and partnership efforts. Prior to that I was a Senior Commercial Counsel at Commure, where I supported Commure\'s aggressive organic and inorganic growth efforts. Before Commure I supported transactional efforts at GE Digital, GE Aviation, and Southwest Airlines. Prior to going in-house, I was part of the technology transactions and consumer regulatory and privacy groups at a large private firm.
