The Asset Servicing Oversight team is charged with the oversight of Corporate Action and Income functions which are provided by third party service providers or internally delegated entities. Our function is to ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality data to our clients via the Investment Book of Record (IBOR), provide SME support to service providers and a focal point for clients during complex or high-risk issues and the last point of escalation for non-BAU client issues. My primary function was to ensure the achievement of KPI’s: timeliness, accuracy, cash, and stock break resolution, maintaining and monitoring heat maps to identify areas of increased risk caused by operating model or procedural gaps, and to provide SME support to service providers and focal point for clients during complex or high-risk corporate actions and point of escalation for non-BAU client issues.
