I am a Clinical Data Management (CDM) professional with almost 4 years of experience supporting global clinical trials at leading Contract Research Organizations (CROs), including IQVIA and TCS. My expertise lies in the rigorous execution of CDM processes across various phases of clinical development, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, compliance, and timely deliverables in accordance with ICH-GCP, CDISC, and regulatory standards.My technical proficiencies include clinical database setup, data validation plan (DVP) execution, discrepancy and query management, SAE reconciliation, and database lock activities. Additionally, I have contributed to lead-level functions such as coordinating cross-functional data review meetings, supporting audit readiness activities, mentoring junior CDM staff, and overseeing timeline adherence across data cleaning cycles.Complementing my industry experience, I was engaged in a research initiative at the CSIR–Centre for Cellular & Molecular Biology (CCMB), where I was trained in advanced molecular biology techniques and contributed to wet-lab research. This experience enhanced my analytical rigor and provided a solid foundation in experimental design, data interpretation, and biological data handling.Academically, I hold a postgraduate degree in Life Sciences from Lovely Professional University (LPU) and a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Sri Krishnadevaraya University (SKU). Based in Hyderabad, I am passionate about optimizing clinical data workflows, enhancing data quality through process innovation, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all stages of data management.Beyond my professional pursuits, I maintain a keen interest in strategy-based cognitive activities such as chess, which reinforce analytical thinking, precision, and structured problem-solving—core competencies that I bring to my role in clinical research.
