Ocwen financial solutions Pvt Ltd is the mortgage company.we are into loan service provider.Internally we are working in between two department that is cashering team and remittance team,cashering team collects the funds from borrowers.Remittance team remitting those funds to the investors or trust.If differences occurs in collection\'s and remittance we are finding out the variances analysis and reach out the both team and make corrective action with in given period of time.As investor accounting analyst my responsibilities is to perform the reconciliation of report which is prepared by the remit analyst, and do the necessary adjustments in the report.Reconciliation cash flow. Preparing the Reconciliation report of both principal and interest as well as Tax and insurance.escrow and other advance variances analysis fixing up with the other departments.Reconciliation of custodial statement with our Real-E.coordinating with remittance department to know the investor present position.Preparing and submission of MIS report to the management with in the time frame.
