These microservices are at the heart of our operations, processing millions of events daily.    Drove and managed a major expansion by spearheading and overseeing a new team responsible for Pages and Locator, complementing the existing Publishing team. This strategic addition enabled us to deliver new features and services while simultaneously enhancing customer satisfaction.Innovatively crafted plans and executed process improvements aimed at reducing customer-reported bugs. These efforts not only improved the overall user experience but also increased operational efficiency.Established a culture of open communication and accountability by conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members, setting clear goals, and empowering them to excel.Successfully orchestrated the migration of the Pages and Locator product, initially implemented in.NET and hosted on AWS, to a modern Java and Spring Boot stack hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
