   PayPal is a two-sided network that connects consumers with merchants, this has given me an excellent opportunity to build bespoke monitoring solution for all facets of payment service provider business – this includes building monitoring solution for consumer activities, merchant activities, merchant payouts, credit products (working capital, BNPL, secure credit), cross-border payments, card terminal (POS) and Digital Assets (crypto). I support new global product launches and new geography expansions by scoping transaction monitoring requirements, designing monitoring rules and managing end-to-end monitoring coverage. The monitoring coverage includes – Customer Risk Rating (CRR), Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Brand Risk Management (BRM). Key Transaction Monitoring solutions I recently implemented - 1. Developed transaction monitoring solution for digital assets. This involves monitoring digital assets buy/sell/hold, checkouts using crypto currencies, monitoring 3rd party digital asset transfers and monitoring Pay-In and Pay-out to/from crypto exchanges and crypto service providers. For 3rd party digital asset transfers, developed custom monitoring using Chainalysis and TRM-Lab attribution data. Designed & developed monitoring for terminal products (Zettle, and PayPal virtual terminals), payout products (Hyperwallet and MassPay/PP Payouts) and P2P products (Venmo and Xoom)4. Designed & developed monitoring solutions for fundraising, donations, and charities.5. Designed & developed monitoring solutions for child exploitation (CSAM/CSEM).6. Designed bespoke rules to monitor Elderly Abuse.7. Designed and developed solutions to monitor customers violating PayPal’s acceptable use policy (AUP) and card-network rules.
