A technical professional turned Human Resource professional and Physiognomist. A Mechanical Engineer by profession, who has over 29 years of rich and diversified experience, he has worked his way through the Industrial Sales to his current role where he manages people for companies. His current role involves working closely with business leaders to identify the right talent and manage there cycle to support the business needs of organizations. His expertise in talent identification and building high performing team is attributed to working across multiple industries in all functional roles, in both IT and non IT sectors.
