   I have always believed that an event is not a service — it is a responsibility taken in public view. As the Event Director at Renaissance Event Management and Director at THE PODIUM – Sound & Light Productions, my role is to protect that responsibility from the first brief to the final applause.Over the years, I have worked closely with artists, corporate teams, government bodies, television partners, and technical crews who trust us with stages that cannot afford second takes. My focus has been to build a company that thinks like a production house — where creativity is guided by discipline, and ambition is supported by engineering.At Renaissance, I guide teams across concept design, set fabrication, audio, lighting, and on‑ground execution so that every brief becomes a real, dependable experience. I remain personally involved in shaping strategy, timelines, rehearsals, safety checks, and live event flow, because the client must feel calm while the audience feels the magic.Two decades in live events have taught me one clear truth:people don’t remember what we built — they remember how it made them feel. That is the standard I continue to hold Renaissance and THE PODIUM to, on every scale of stage we step onto.
