About Raghav Sriram
Hey! My name is Raghav Sriram and I am a second-year undergraduate at UC Irvine double majoring in computer science and biology with a minor in bioinformatics and a specialization in intelligent systems. I’m interested in pursuing a career at the intersection of computation and medicine. I fell in love with the MedTech space working as a server at Rose Senior Living. It was just my second day and I had already spilled drinks and made a mess in the dining room. I was ready to quit. However, I quickly found myself captivated by the residents and their stories, which helped me discover my passion for medicine and showed me the important role human connection plays in healthcare. That summer inspired my dream of blending healthcare and technology to build solutions that address not only medical needs but also the human experience. Right now, I’m exploring these passions through my work as a Software Engineer Intern at Liberty Mutual. I\'m also an undergraduate researcher in the Lipkova Lab, where I\'m using machine learning to analyze histological images of brain tissue.
