About Raghav Raj Kodesia

My work experience of over 15 years is in the areas of Content Creation and Development, Entertainment Strategy and Talent Management across diverse organisations. I currently Head Talent and Lead National Content at ZEE5. This comprises of packaging the project with the right writer, director, DOP and cast. Creatively produce select high quality premium content for the platform and develop multi-season strategies for new and existing shows. In my previous role with Zee Entertainment Enterprises as Business Head – Zee Talent, my scope of work included signing film, music and television artists for fiction and non-fiction shows and formats for the entire network. Before my time with Zee, I was leading Business Development and Entertainment consultancy for Kwan Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. My role included consulting with leading brands to develop their celebrity-centric brand strategy. I am a creative and analytical thinker with the ability to create effective content & package films and shows that deliver on high quality entertainment and also deliver on the business objectives.
