With over 16 years of IT experience and extensive database knowledge, I am a Database Engineer at Amazon, where I design, develop, and maintain various RDBMS databases, including Oracle, Postgres, and MS SQL Server. I have a strong aptitude for learning new tools and technologies and adapting to changing project deliverables.My core competencies include Oracle high availability with RAC and Data-guard, Oracle EBS 11i and R12 architecture and upgrades, and database migration from Oracle to RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL using AWS tools like SCT, DMS, CDC, and Oracle GoldenGate. I have successfully completed major assignments at Amazon, such as production support for large OLTP RAC/Non RAC databases, SSO implementation, setting up of new 8 nodes RAC instance and DR setup, and 12.2 installation and configuration.
