Key Responsibilities - 1. Tier II (L2) & Tier (L3) technical support to multi-CAD, multi-site Windchill PDM application on the PTC Cloud. Managing onsite client expectation and provide Administration & Technical Support to site users. Working and coordination with global and offshore teams 3. Conduct Weekly, Monthly Review meetings with clients, generate the data for status reports for senior management review. Provide a solution to key issues and challenges for clients includes requirement gathering, understanding, documentation, estimation, development, UAT, and deployment. Manage offshore team, guide them on best practices, provide technical assistance and mentor them for any new functionalities and feature development. Key Experience 1. CAD Data Management and Migration using Fishbowl solutions. MPMLink, Project Link 3. Engineering Change Management 4. Manufacturing Change Management 5. Windchill Visualization Services for SolidWorks, Creo Parametric and Batch Print 6. Windchill and Multiple ERP Integration 7. Replica File Servers
