Developed and executed a continuous improvement program and built an eight (expected to grow to 15) member team to reduce concession causing defects for NA Exports while reducing overheads for frontline carrier managers. •Defined the process and drove the operations intake, prioritization and approval for NA Exports in addition to setting up the PMO and defining and setting up operational review processes. •Expeditiously setup process to organize and managed a Supply Chain to airlift >500MM units of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) from China to the US during the first Covid wave (Mar’20-Jul’20) and repurposed the process to ship ~200K units Oxygen related equipment from US, Europe and China to India during India’s 2nd Covid wave (Apr’21-Jul’21). •Took ownership of the Global Scan Standards Council (GSSC) program, setting up processes and SOPs to guide teams and projects across Amazon to correctly utilize the standard Amazon Scan Events. Scans drive tracking for all shipments and provides input to customer notification, and carriers and internal team’s or product’s performance advising over a 100 teams on correct usage of scans
