Process Owner for Payroll & Off-boarding of India Location managing 2300 headcount. Support Management Reporting to respective stakeholders (Finance, HR etc.) Develop a framework & provide guidance for Statutory Compliance – All Remittance, Withdrawal, Transfers etc Partner with the accounting team and other stakeholders to reconcile payroll cost. Manage Employee Stock Option (ESOP) – Tracker, Grant letters and ESOP Agreement. Support HR Audit – RBI, KMPG, EY, Statutory Audit and Legal Due Diligence. Responsible for salary review to ensure relevant market benchmarking and Salary fitment for all grades. Responsible for Company Car Scheme & Company Loan.
