I lead the nPOS business at Northern Arc, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, sales, P&L, and delivery of a lending technology platform used by Banks and financial institutions.I work closely with Bank leadership and operating teams to sell, implement, and scale lending platforms across fintech partnerships and co-lending programs, staying hands-on from early discussions through implementation and steady-state operations.Previously, I led the Product team for Partnership Lending, driving a platform-led transformation that supported the business as it scaled 10X—from ₹450 Cr to over Cr AUM.Earlier, I worked in equity and debt investments, conducting due diligence on 100+ financial institutions and managing a ₹3,500 Cr+ wholesale credit portfolio. I am a Chartered Accountant, with an early background in audit that continues to shape my approach to risk, governance, and execution.I enjoy building and implementing technology, and seeing ideas translate into automation and real-world execution.
