About Raghav Arora
As a results-oriented finance professional with extensive experience in the M&A industry, I have been fortunate to work closely with global buy-side and sell-side clients. My strategic thinking, combined with a comprehensive understanding of M&A transactions, investment analysis, stock market strategies, and financial analysis, has allowed me to make a significant contribution to the organizations I have worked with. In terms of my education, I am a CFA Level 3 Candidate, studying with the CFA Institute, USA. I also hold an MBA in Finance from Panjab University, where I achieved a 68.4% grade. Additionally, I have a Bachelors of Commerce from Delhi University, with a grade of 6.8/10, and I achieved 92.25% in Class 12th at Spring Dales Senior School. Finally, I obtained a 9.2/10 grade in Class 10th at The Senior Study School in 2013. Currently, I am working as a Consultant at KPMG Global Services, where I am responsible for reviewing CIMs, identifying key revenue drivers and issues, analyzing/reconciling management-provided information, attending and contributing to management discussions, creating notes to prepare IRL, and identifying various adjustments. Additionally, I summarize and analyze financial information using Excel and other data analysis tools, such as trial balances, income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and GL level data. I have also been involved in several work projects during my time at KPMG. For instance, for Project Blackjack (Liquor), I conducted a comprehensive revenue analysis on the potential target and identified key risks and opportunities. Furthermore, I performed shipment & depletion analysis and gained a solid understanding of the liquor industry. For Project Hampton (Healthcare), I performed detailed New, Lost, Existing customer analysis (NLE) to understand and comprehend customer trends. I also created the initial draft of the management agenda and was part of various management discussions. I am looking to pursue a career in financial advisory or investment banking, where my expertise in due diligence, financial analysis, and M&A transactions could be highly valued. I am also considering roles in private equity or venture capital, where my skills in investment analysis and financial modeling would be useful. I will be open to work in commercial due-diligence, market research and strategy roles as well. You can reach out to me at : r••••••••@gmail.com
