With over 25 years in the IT industry, Raghavan brings a rich blend of technology, delivery, and management expertise. He has contributed to mission-critical and strategic projects for his clients and is passionate about open-source, data, and AI technologies. His primary expertise lies in AI/ML/General AI, big data analytics, BIDW, databases, Python, and J2EE technologies, with additional skills in enterprise architecture, integration, and web technologies, among others. His business domain experience primarily spans the insurance, finance, and life sciences sectors.Currently, he serves as the Lead Architect - Big Data at OSSCube India, where he offers consulting, pre-sales, and training on big data technologies. As a Cloudera-accredited trainer for developers, administrators, data analysts, and Spark, he has led numerous consulting and training assignments to high customer satisfaction. He also has proficiency in NoSQL technologies like HBase and MongoDB and is well-versed in machine learning algorithms.Previously, Raghavan has held positions at Wipro Technologies, Halasoft Technologies, Indegene LifeSystems, and has also provided independent consultancy. His past roles include Associate Director - Technology and Technology Manager, collaborating with clients such as Zurich Insurance Company, Marsh & McLennan, Farmers Insurance, and Novartis.    As part of Lab45 AI-Research team, we are responsible to build innovative solutions that address the real-world and enterprise challenges using the cutting-edge AI methods that have potential to exhibit innovation in problem solving, speed and operational/cost efficiencies.The process starts with thorough research on SOTA, latest papers and methods that look promising and explore which of these and how they can be applied to our solutions with quick hypothesis and experiments.We build solutions using Computer Vision, NLP based data/ meta-data extraction, cataloguing, indexing which typically makes the foundation data for further pipeline. Amongst the key solutions build under me are a Q&A systems, Problem solving using Hierarchical Graph Neural Networks (known as GNNs), Data Augmentation using variations of GANs.Later part of this association culminated into building solutions using Gen AI. Creating workflows where Gen AI is embedded to address enterprise problems elegantly by leveraging various Gen AI frameworks such as AutoGen, Langchanin, Ollama etc.
