A highly respected Agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturer belonging to a global US Multinational with more than 9 Billion USD in turnover. After succesfully developing a Logistic concept at one of our sites, I was deployed at one our other sites which needed immediate attention. In a short period of 4 weeks a Supermarket with 2 Bin Principle and a Kanban methode was implemented. This resulted in a reduction of machines waiting for accessories from close to 400 to just about 40.Developed the classic Shopfloor Management at multiple sites with coaching and KPI workshops. Trained many teams on Problem Solving Techniques, Setup Time Reduction using SMED techniques, 5S Workshops, Kaizens etcActivity analysis using ECCS Technique and gave suggestions to improve productivity hugely. Implemented in some cases and benefits seen.
