Full life cycle involvement in the Human Resource Fulfillment process – Request Raising to Request Fulfillment Ensuring timely allocation of right resources with the right skills. Aligning Customers’ interests and needs with respect to resource requirements of the Business Units.Minimizing the cost to the organization by meeting the customer expectations by effectively utilizing the internally available resources.Utilizing and deploying Launch Pad Trainees on a timely basis into various internal business units based on the requirement.Working very closely with Learning & Development Team in organizing need based training programs (re-skilling/cross-skilling/up-skilling) for the technical resources for easier deployment into projects and to reduce the Business Opportunity Loss (BOL).Monitoring the loading factor of the units and identifying unbilled (shadow resources) in the unit and place them in billable rolesMaintaining Optimal Associate Mix ratio(Senior/Junior ratio) as per the corporate mandatesAct as a first point of contact for the associates whenever they are released from any onsite / offshore assignment. To check individual aspirations for onsite positions, technical roles, leadership roles, outstation transfers, release from the account, training and development, issues, and concerns. Work force planning along with the management team based on the business needs and growth plans for the account.Continuous monitoring of parameters like unallocated number, Utilization, Allocated effort, associate mix, offshore leverage etc. for the ISU.
