Job Summary:As a Data & Reporting Analyst, I manage standardized and ad hoc reporting, optimize data processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making. My role focuses on ensuring data integrity, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting automation strategies within Operations.Key Responsibilities:Report Production & Management: • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. • Fulfill ad hoc data requests from Operations, CFPB, Legal, and Risk teams. • Develop and enhance reporting structures to meet business needs.Data Governance & Stewardship: • Act as the Data Steward for Operations Call Center data. • Partner with Data Governance teams to align with enterprise data standards. • Ensure seamless integration of Operations data into the Enterprise Data Lake (EDL).Project & Agile Management: • Lead prioritization for the Enterprise Operations Data Warehouse (EO DWH) Agile team. • Work with Data Warehouse teams to ensure data projects meet requirements. • Utilize Agile methodologies (JIRA Board) for project tracking and execution.Innovation & Process Improvement: • Identify emerging technologies to support automation and data dissemination. • Integrate new clients and functionalities into existing reporting frameworks. • Automate report production and validation for efficiency.Team Collaboration & Optimization: • Work within structured teams (Run, Engagement, Data Management) for process efficiency. • Support flexible resource allocation based on project needs. • Use metrics-driven approaches to assess team effectiveness and productivity.Role Requirements:This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance data reporting and governance.
