   Working as Business analyst for financial crime services workflows which include ECDD ( enhanced customer due diligence), OCDD ( On-going customer due diligence), Senior manager approval, senior manager decision workflows. Lead the end-to-end delivery of workflow uplifts and enhancements including stakeholder management, progressive elaboration & feature elaboration-Worked as a senior pega developer for NAB insights workflow for Onboarding/Amendments and Data feeds case types. Mainly focused on migration of these 3 workflows to pega. Building case life cycle, configuring acknowledgment mails and correspondence which holds dynamic values. Intelligent routing based on the input provided. Creation of cases for a case worker via Email Channel using NLP in pega. Handling different business scenarios with Pega local actions like withdrawing a case, Re-opening a case, Transferring a case to different work queue or operators. Also, show casing the progression of flows to business, participating in gathering of requirements and progressive elaboration sessions. Responsibilities in this project also includes, debugging, handling defects and creating test reference documents for QEs- Worked as senior pega developer for group investigation fraud business unit, focused on uplifting and implementing merchant transactions fraud case type which majorily includes Implementing pega logics and UI, requirement gathering, unit testing, preparation of relevant documents and code deployment-Worked as senior pega developer in financial crimes department for enhanced customer due diligence case type. Upliftment of case creation, Updation and withdrawal process by using OOTB Pega API packages. Took end to end responsibility of multiple defects reported on production by business on same case types-Worked as Senior Engineer-1 in Business Intelligence squad on Pega BIX framework for pega extracts and Metadata preparation.
