A management graduate from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, Raghav is currently working in his own family business at the Evergeen Group, whereby he undertakes contracts for production of Ferro Alloys and Foundry Castings (railway inserts). Prior to this he worked as a recruitment manager at ICICI Bank and was responsible for overall recruitment of Orissa & Chattisgarh and sales officer recruitment for the entire east megazone. In his brief stint with the Bank he had successfully recruited more than employees and closed vital positions. His areas of interest include marketing & branding, industrial relations and analytics. While at NMIMS Mumbai, he served as the President of Social Responsibility Forum and was awarded with the Dean’s List, 2018 & SBM Leader in Making, 2019 awards for exemplifying academic excellence, leadership, team work and service on the campus. Prior to that he has done BBA (majors in finance) from J.D Birla Institute, Kolkata. He exhibits keen interest in social work and has been associated with various NGOs and social initiatives. During his leisure time, he enjoys playing cricket and spending time with his pets.
