At Synchron, I manage clinical trial execution and data management, while directly supporting our efforts through the medical device regulatory process, specializing in Brain Computer Interface. As a nurse I was the primary care provider, interdisciplinary liaison and subject matter expert at the bedside. I deeply understand the intersection of technology and healthcare; and have demonstrated the ability to think critically under pressure. In a fast-paced startup environment at Lumos Labs, I developed skills in pipeline support, needs analysis and operational improvements. I continuously thrive in relationship development by identifying key leaders and employing strong interpersonal skills. While earning my master’s degree, I excelled in biostatistics and evidence-based research methodologies, ultimately using these tools to investigate quality care.
