Coordination of Study activities:• Tracking and documenting the entire study initiation process, study operations and study closeout • Preparing, reviewing and updating the Study initiation checklist• Drafting Study Core lab charter• Maintaining Study Master File (keep all study related documentation up-to date)• Preparation of rating sheets in cooperation with data managers • Ensure training of all relevant entities on study-specific documents (Study Protocol, CLC, DTA)• Image reading analysis and database quality assessment and quality checks (Data Key Performance Indicators: Consistency, Timeliness, Completeness, Relevancy and Accuracy)Customer Relations management:• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers• Conducting and documenting regular meetings with sponsors (schedule, support, write down meeting minutes) • Monthly reports for sponsors – study-specific• Communicating and discussing requests and emerging issues from customersIntra-team collaboration:• Cooperating with relevant departments of the company (eg. IT Infrastructure, Development, Data Management, Sales) during initiation process, study operations and study closeout• Participating in the prioritization and refinement process for software development.
